I have cycled through several different shoulder pads, on both my CRYE JPC and my issues MSV. These are well worth the money and I regret not getting them sooner. I waited to post this because I wanted to see how they would hold up. The attention to detail with the inner velcro straps help to ensure the pads don't slide.
Overall, buy these, install them.

I have only worn my carrier around, I haven't shot with these on yet. They are way more comfortable than cheap Amazon pads and have better/ not exposed cable management

So far I am loving my Arc Carrier V2. I am currently running a pretty heavy loadout for a Swat team that includes ammo, side plates, and manual breaching equipment. I have also put the weight of a ballistic shield on the carrier with my loadout and it handles the weight very well. I am able to wear the carrier comfortably for several hours of range training or extended callouts.

5'7", 160lbs - As a relatively short guy, often times having a mismatch between plate size and gear size can be a pain; love that I don't have to worry about that with the ARC. S/M with the spider straps is a perfect fit, leaves plenty of access to my belt. Plate carrier absolutely rocks, nothing but love from the medics.
