Refund policy
Repair & Warranty Policy:
We stand by our products and offer an original purchaser lifetime guarantee. If an issue occurs with one of our products please email customerservice@shaw-concepts.com with photos/details and we will either repair or replace your item.
Return Policy:
We are sad to hear that you'd like a return but we do accept returns under the following terms:
-Item must be unused, undamaged and contain all components
-Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
-Shipping Costs will not be refunded (we used it to mail you the item).
-10% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the refund (we have to inspect the item for its components and condition).
-Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item (we can generate a return label as well and deduct that along with the restock fee).
-Returns must be declared to us prior to mailing and please include a note with your order number on it (so we can keep an eye out for it and acknowledge the request).
-We do not offer "upgrade" services where a product can be exchanged for its newer version. We offer plenty of notice when a new product is going to be released.
-Armor is not refundable for safety reasons (we're not going to give someone else previously handled life saving equipment).
-We reserve the right to refuse refunds at our discretion based on terms above.
