FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. Does Shaw Concepts offer a Military or Law Enforcement Discount?:

          We do not offer a Mil/LE discount since the majority of our customer base is made up of service members and we try our best to price our products as low as we can.

2. Can you combine two or more of my orders?:

          We try to catch this prior to shipping, however, with the large volume of orders handled it can be missed. If you email our team we will attempt to accommodate you, but we prioritize speed of shipping items out so if your labels have already been created the orders will go out separate. 

3. My product ripped / broke / is unserviceable, can you fix it?:

          We stand by our products and offer an original purchaser lifetime guarantee. If an issue occurs with one of our products please email customerservice@shaw-concepts.com with photos/details and we will either repair or replace your item. 

4. I just don't like this thing, what is your return policy?:

          We are sad to hear that, and we do accept returns under the following terms:

-Item must be unused, undamaged and contain all components

-Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

-Shipping Costs will not be refunded (we used it to mail you the item).

-10% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the refund (we have to inspect the item for its components and condition).

-Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item (we can generate a return label as well and deduct that along with the restock fee).

-Returns must be declared to us prior to mailing and please include a note with your order number on it (so we can keep an eye out for it and acknowledge the request).

-We do not offer "upgrade" services where a product can be exchanged for its newer version. We offer plenty of notice when a new product is going to be released. 

-Armor is not refundable for safety reasons (we're not going to give someone else previously handled life saving equipment).

- We reserve the right to refuse refunds at our discretion based on terms above. 

5. I haven't received any tracking information, where is it?:

          We recommend you start by checking your spam folder for tracking information as some email services will send commercial mail as spam.

6. I have a cool idea, do you do custom work?:

          We do offer, on a case by case basis, design consultation for commercial clients and custom manufacturing for government orders but do not offer a custom shop service for personal orders at this time (unless you make an offer we just can't refuse). 

7. Why can't I buy First Spear Tubes® alone?:

          We can not sell First Spear Tubes® alone as per agreements with First Spear, LLC. We can only provide First Spear Tubes® along with a finished manufactured product so we only offer them as an included item or as an upgrade to one of our placards. If an order is placed without a placard or the quantity of tubes to placards does not match up that order will be cancelled or adjusted immediately without warning and a refund will be issued.

8. Can I just buy one part of a kit?:

          We put together items as a kit as it might be the only way to make said product financially feasible or to prevent complications with customers piecing kit parts together. 

9. I'm stationed OCONUS, can you ship to an APO / DPO / FPO?:

          We do ship OCONUS to APOs, DPOs & FPOs. We pride ourselves in outfitting American service members and especially those out there doing God's work.

10. Our team digs your kit, do you do team / group bulk order pricing?:

          We can do non-government affiliated team / group bulk orders if the order is large enough to justify a bulk discount. It never hurts to ask!

11. I want your stuff, do ship internationally?:

          We do not ship internationally as we wish to focus on American service member needs at this time. We do have a UK distributor, https://www.tactical-kit.co.uk/, who stocks some of our products from time to time
