The second generation of our 'all in one' Elastic 556 Placard. The EPV2 is a simple low profile way to carry your immediate essentials in a tight compact package. No need to buy an additional Velcro-On Tourniquet sleeve that would just add layers to the front of your kit. The back is all hook to maximize it's grip onto your plate carrier's required loop field. With Split Bar Male First Spear™ Tubes attached First Spear™ Tubed Cummerbunds can directly interface with the Placard.

These are 1" QASM Clip On Placards that use elastic to hold:

-3 rifle magazines (5.56 in nature)

-2 pen style items (sharpies, Decompression Needles, Chemlights, etc.)

-1 CAT or similarly sized Tourniquet.

Note: The elastic might be a bit tight initially however over time they will break into your liking. Smooth mags like the traditional GI Metal Mags insert and extract the smoothest while mags like the PMAG Gen3 will have tighter retention and harder to insert and extract due to the numerous ridges on the body of the magazine.

Placard review

This placard is fantastic my only problem is the Velcro on the edges if you’re not using tube connectors roll of the edge of the plate carrier however everything else is great indexing the mags into the elastic is good they are very well constructed mags won’t fall out from running or jumping the tq hanger is a perfect fit

Works great ICW and on its own

I love it, the mag pouches stay open and I can get a great ICW placard when I lay it over the T.Rex arms/Esstac placard. I initially got this to replace the Trex arms placard it on my QRF JPC, but turns out it’s slim enough I can use it over it and run the mags at different elevations so it’s easy to draw from both rows. I can also slim down to one row if I have to drive the JLTV again. 10/10🤘🏼

The placard is amazing, I bought two of them and have recommended it to all my coworkers.

5.56 placard

Well made, really like the admin pouch behind the placard that can also act stand alone as well. Pouches are tight to hold P-mags securely but easy to pull out when needed. The dangler for the TQ is also very nice
