I've owned a lot of shoulder pads and this is definitely my favorite. I used another companies pads before and I loved them, but they no longer make pads in a specific color and wanted to get something that matched my new carrier, so I decided to give Shaw's a try. These are hands down the most comfortable shoulder pads I've ever worn. Though they may appear to be chunky and wide, they really aren't. I'm able to shoulder my weapons like I normally would with other more slim shoulder pads. I love to run with my plate carrier and I usually run 5x a week for 50 miles and these pads made my 30 lb pc feel incredible and enjoyable. My traps aren't aching and my neck is actually not being ripped off for once. If you want an excellent pair of pads for your carrier, look no where else.
These are the first upgrade I’ve made to my USMC Gen III carrier, and they’ve been outstanding. They distribute the weight evenly and don’t have any hotspots. Highly recommend.
I would definitely recommend this shoulder pads if you’re looking for a comfort, durable, sleek, and adaptability for your plate carrier. This is a game changer for USMC GEN 3 PC. I would take a look at Shaw Concepts video on YouTube on his take of the USMC Plate carrier. As a navy corpsman it makes my job less stress on my shoulders. Thank you Shaw !
Great product, nothing much to complain about other than if there were a slightly bigger size to better fit my flak, it would be that much better
They are a very nice upgrade to the ones that came on my carrier! Well worth the money
