- End User. You are the intended end user of the purchased product(s), or you are purchasing on behalf of the intended end user with the legal authority to do so. The name and shipping address provided during checkout identify the intended recipient.
- Legal Eligibility. You are at least 18 years of age (or the age otherwise required by applicable law) and are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and use the product(s) under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Lawful Purpose. You will use the product(s) only for lawful purposes and will not use them in furtherance of any criminal or otherwise unlawful activity.
- New York & Connecticut Shipping Restrictions. Shaw Concepts does not ship body armor products to addresses located in the States of New York or Connecticut. By placing this order, you certify that your shipping address is not located within either state and that your purchase complies with all applicable laws governing your jurisdiction.
- Export Compliance. You will not export, re-export, transfer, resell, or otherwise provide the product(s) to any person, entity, or destination in violation of applicable U.S. export control laws or regulations, including ITAR, EAR, or any applicable sanctions administered by the U.S. Government.

Shaw Concepts reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or refund any order if it believes doing so is necessary to comply with applicable laws or company policies, including orders that cannot be lawfully fulfilled due to shipping restrictions, export regulations, suspected fraud, or inaccurate customer information.
