The Plate Carrier Pack Tegris Tool Sheath is designed to allow the Plate Carrier Pack to carry a small breaching tool such as Bolt Cutters or a Breaching Shotgun. Small weapon systems, tripods and the sort can also be tucked away as well. The Tool Sheath goes into the Hydration Pouch and can be accessed from the top Internal Access Zipper.

I bought 2 to use with a Small Hill People Gear pack and SOE Hydro Carrier and it worked out perfect.
Great quality! Wish it fit my fcpc hydration pouch but it sticks out so I'll use it in a pack instead
