Great product. Directly mounted to my Safariland UBL. The mid ride and low ride both really benefit from some structure provided by the sidekick. The padding is excellent and the subtle elastic band helps in transitions from kneeling / prone. Great piece of kit. The Molle may be pretty suitable for a tourniquet, but might not be structured enough to hold a mag or something else… regardless, running it slick has been a dream.

Well made and has good retention without a strap on it.

My unit just got issued the new MSV vests for a deployment and the first thing I noticed was my shoulders killing me after a couple hours loaded up with full battle rattle (the MSV with the front/side plates and fully loaded TAPS system attached). The ARC shoulder pads make a world of difference at distributing the weight of your vest better when you're stuck at JRTC wearing your full kit for days on end. Good stuff.

Im in LE so I don't actually use the wing with its intended radio. Im issued an APX Next, a more compact handheld radio. But regardless of the what radio you intend to buy this wing for, I was more sold on the wing concept than anything. The idea of being able to easily access my radio from a secure spot on my carrier and not being cumbersome or taking valuable molle real-estate on the outside of my carrier.

Anyways, 10/10 buy IMO.

ARC Placard V3

Coming from very standard bianchi pistol pouches this is a huge upgrade. I have had instances where mags have fallen out from the bianchi pouch. So far the DEP pouches have been great at retaining my pouches and excellent for mag changes.

Ordered the quad. Easy to remove and re index magazines. The gray was the only option when I ordered, but the inserts sit low enough to concele the color.
