The stock shoulder pads on the USMC flak have been **** after breaking my collar bone. These shoulder pads have actually allowed me to wear my flak longer than an hour without pain.

The placard itself is perfect for it's intended use. It's easy to take out and re-index magazines and it holds chems and tourniquets good as well. My one and only gripe is that it only came with male end buckles. I personally would prefer there to be a secondary option to pick not only female ends, but which type you would need as well depending upon the mounting system on your plate carrier has.

The quads do not fit the Spiritus Systems Micro Fight chassis MkV. I'll probably have to buy something else. What do the quads inserts fit comfortably? I'm having trouble finding information online. I can tell that these are excellent products though. Its just now i want to build around inserts, which is a little silly.

I think the plate carrier is fantastic, however the price for the add ones makes it pretty astronomically high. I really love it, not sure if all together it should come out to as much as it is

This is my first plate carrier, and I couldn’t be happier with the Shaw Concepts ARC V3. The design and build quality are outstanding, and it’s incredibly comfortable to wear. You can really tell a lot of thought went into the layout and materials.

If I had to point out one downside, it would be the shoulder pads. They feel a bit too bulky for me personally. If they were just slightly narrower, this setup would be absolutely perfect.

Highly recommended overall.
